Email moises@martinez.sh. Please include your platform (Steam Deck, Linux or Windows), your hardware, which controllers were connected, whether the match was local or online, and the game version (Settings → About) so issues can be reproduced. Screenshots help, and a clip helps more.

FAQ

How many people can play?
Two to four locally on one screen, and up to sixteen online through Steam. Every empty local bay can take a bot at one of four difficulty levels, so two people can still run a four-kite board.
How do I play online?
Pick Play Online from the main menu, choose your kite, and either host a game or join one from the browser. The browser can show all open games or only your friends' games. When everyone in the lobby is ready, the host presses START and the match begins for everybody at once.
I am the host. Nothing happens when everyone is ready.
Starting the match is the host's move: a pulsing PRESS START sign appears at the bottom of the lobby the moment everyone present is ready. If you do not see it, somebody has un-readied or left.
We cannot see each other's games online.
Both machines need to be online through Steam, running the same version of the game. Steam updates roll out per region, so if one of you updated minutes ago, give the other a restart of Steam to pick the update up. Different versions refuse each other rather than desync.
My second controller is not showing up.
Each pad has to join its own bay: press the join button on that pad while the bay is empty. On a Steam Deck the Deck's own controls count as one player, so a second player needs a pad paired to the Deck. If a pad is connected but nothing happens, check that Steam sees it in Settings → Controller.
I fly through their string and nothing happens.
Contact alone never cuts. You have to be lunging as you cross, and the lunge has a cooldown shown as a bar under your score. Two passes cut a string. The tutorial teaches this in its own chapter.
How do I learn the game?
From the player select screen, open the system menu and choose How to play. The tutorial runs inside a real arena, twenty-three chapters, and checks that you did each thing before moving on.
The button prompts show the wrong controller.
Prompts follow the pad Steam reports for that player: Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Steam Deck or Steam Controller. If they look wrong, the game is being told something different by Steam Input. Launching through Steam rather than directly usually fixes it.
Gyro steering is not working.
Gyro is per player and off by default; turn it on from the match setup page under your kite. It needs a pad with a gyro, which includes the Steam Deck and a DualSense. Bays showing GYRO N/A are on a pad that has none.
Yume looks different every time I play it.
Intended. Yume is the dream arena and picks a different visual filter each time you enter. Online, everyone shares the same golden look so no player reads the arena differently from another.
Where is my data stored? What do you collect?
Nothing is collected. Everything stays on your device, and online matches run through Steam's own networking. See the privacy page.
Refunds?
Purchases go through Steam, so refunds follow Steam's refund policy.
