Email moises@martinez.sh and we'll help you out. Include your device and a short description of what's happening.

Getting started

The PAL app is the satellite companion — PAL in your pocket and on your wrist, paired to a PAL hub at home.

  1. Open the app. It will look for a PAL hub, or let you enter your hub's address.
  2. When prompted, enter the pairing code shown on your hub.
  3. Once paired, tap the mic (or type) and talk to PAL — you'll hear it answer back.

Trying the demo

Want to try PAL without a hub of your own? The app comes pointed at a public demo:

Pair with that code and you can talk to a demo PAL (by voice or text) and hear it reply. The demo isn't connected to any real home devices.

Common questions

PAL doesn't answer.

Check that your hub is reachable from your device and that you paired successfully. If you're on the demo, confirm you used code 000000. Fully close and reopen the app to re-pair if needed.

I hear nothing back.

Make sure your device isn't muted and media volume is up. Voice replies play through the app while it's open.

The mic isn't working.

Grant the app microphone permission in your device settings. Some devices fall back to on-hub transcription automatically.

How do I switch hubs or unpair?

Open the app's settings to change the server or re-pair with a different hub.
